Die CITTI-Schachtage wurden in diesem Jahr mit einem Schnellschachturnier (15+0) gestartet. Als Spieler der 2. Bundesliga und natürlich aufgrund seiner Wertzahl war FM Magnus Arndt (Foto Mitte) der Favorit des 24 köpfigen Turniers. Demnach erscheint sein Sieg dann nicht überraschend. Allerdings war es viel knapper als erwartet. Mit 6 Punkten aus 7 Runden schloss er das Turnier ab und landete nur wegen minimalen Buchholzvorsprung auf Platz 1. Isaak Falke (Foto rechts) hatte knapp das Nachsehen. Neben Magnus kam mit FM Holger Hebbinghaus (Foto links) ein zweiter Doppelbauer auf das Treppchen. Holger schloss das Turnier mit 5,5 Punkten ab. Herzliche Glückwünsche. Sonntag ab 13 Uhr wird die Bedenkzeit beim 'Blitzen' auf 3+2 reduziert. Schaut gerne vorbei.
