Welcher unserer Youngsters wird als nächstes wieder die Schallmauer von Elo 2700 durchschlagen, mögen sich viele unserer Fans in letzter Zeit gefragt haben. Die etwas überraschende Antwort lautet Cheparinov (35 Jahre). Durch sein hervorragendes Spiel in der kroatischen, spanischen und Kroatischen Liga schraubte Ivan Cheparinov nämlich seine Elo-Zahl auf über 2702 Punkte und ist mit Rang 37 der Weltrangliste nun der am besten platzierte Doppelbauer. Mal sehen, ob es uns in der kommenden Saison gelingen wird, einen der drei ans Brett zu bringen.
