Am Samstag (4.3.) waren einige Doppelbauern in ihren Schulschachmannschaften aktiv. Bei den Landesmannschaftsmeisterschaften in der schönen Ernestinenschule in Lübeck konnte die Mannschaft der MPS mit Henry und Luis einen starken dritten Platz in der WK3 erreichen, Henry konnte dabei sogar alle Partien gewinnen. In der WK4 spielte Julian am Spitzenbrett für das Gymnasium Altenholz und konnte den vierten Platz erreichen. Bei den Grundschülern traten Levi und Elias für die Johanna-Mestorf-Schule an und führten ihre Mannschaften zu guten Platzierungen. Levi erreichte dabei sehr gute 6,5/7 Punkte.
