Nach der Niederlage in Runde 4 gegen Baden-Baden patzte der alleinige Tabellenführer in Runde 5 gegen SG Porz. Hingegen hatte unser Team gegen USV TU Dresden seine Hausaufgaben gemacht und 3:1 gewonnen. Aufgrund der besseren Brettpunkte konnte Baden-Baden somit wieder überholt werden. In der vorletzten Runde geht es gegen den neuen Tabellenführer SG Porz, die einen Mannschaftspunkt in Führung liegen. Mit einem Sieg über Porz ist der Titel der DVM noch drinnen.
